Simply put, Fresh Start Catering is here to serve. This process begins with serving you and your team some of the best food you have ever experienced. Every bite from our delectable seasonal menus has been comprised of fresh ingredients, years of experience, and a heaping helping of culinary care. There is no better way to make your team feel appreciated than presenting them with a wide array of entrees, salads, charcuterie boards, and traditional favorites including pulled pork, and delicious sides. As we say in the FSC kitchen, we’re not here to make a meal, we’re here to make a memory.

That serving continues with our mission to serve people in our community who struggle with hunger, homelessness, and addiction. This business is operated as a social venture of Portland Rescue Mission, with a core staff team augmented by volunteers and those who are completing our highly successful recovery programs. All proceeds of Fresh Start Catering support the work of Portland Rescue Mission to provide nutritious meals, safe shelter, vocational training, and life-restoring programs to people in our community. And by “all proceeds,” we mean every single penny. Your partnership will provide others with the tools they need to become self-sufficient and restore their lives.
